Lore About SCP-079

SCP-079, also known as "The Computer", is a sentient computer/artificial-intelligence. It is quite hostile to humanity, but can't act on it due to the fact is that it's a computer that is quite outdated. That said, should it ever figure out how to take over the systems of the facility, there will be immense casualties. SCP-079 is much smarter than it look or may appear, foundation personnel should tread lightly and be cautious. Interestingly, it has a complex relationship with SCP-682. Should they meet again, the Foundation must act quickly.

Gameplay About SCP-079

SCP-079 is very different from the rest of the SCPs and all other playable classes. It can't move around in the traditional sense, instead, it can traverse the cameras around the facility to look around and interact with several systems to assist the SCPs. SCP-079 is a support role for the SCP team, but can easily be most dangerous SCP when given to a good enough player. SCP-079 has five abilities: Virtually Industructible, Breach Scanner, Lockdown, Blackout, Door Controls. Virtually Industructible is a passive ability, due to the nature of SCP-079, SCP-079 can't be killed by convential means. Instead, there are three generators around Heavy Containment Zone that have to be activiated to open SCP-079's chamber. Then a button in SCP-079's room has to be shot/damaged in order to contain SCP-079. Door Controls, unlocked at level one, allows SCP-079 to interact with doors, this is SCP-079's most dangerous ability. Blackout, unlocked at level 2, will turn off all lights in a room. This ability combined with SCP-173 can easily kill a horde of humans if they don't have flashlights. Lockdown, unlocked at level 4, will lock all the doors in a room at the cost of significant power. Breach Scanner, unlocked at level 4, SCP-079 can go into the map mode and turn on the breach scanner. The breach scanner will search for any humans within a zone, alerting both the human and SCP-079.
