Why?
Everything is neat and easy to read and follow. Content is divided into easy to access areas and appropriate subgroups (ex. HTML content is grouped together, SQL is grouped together). Colors are a little too wacky for my taste however.

How would you rate the site's usability, on a scale of 1(horrible) to 10 (fantastic)? Why?

Why?
All pages load quickly and isn't a pain to navigate. Content is laid out nicely and buttons do what they are supposed to. Pages are always accessible in the navigation bar so you can't get lost (ex. Jumping from Python to C# is one simple click).

Does the site meet its purpose?
